Meet Cassie

I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, awkward, or like you’re sitting across from someone taking notes in a gray office with fluorescent lighting.

My style is laid-back, honest, and a little bit playful. I show up as a real human — not a blank slate. I laugh with my clients, gently challenge them, and help untangle the messy middle parts of life in a way that actually makes sense.

I work with kids, teens, and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or just plain tired of carrying everything alone. Whether we’re building coping skills, processing trauma, navigating family dynamics, or playing Mario to practice emotional regulation — I meet you where you are.

I’m also a proud Dolly Parton-loving individual, which means I deeply believe in kindness, resilience, a little sparkle, and the power of showing up as your full self. Therapy with me is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that you can grow without losing who you are.

I believe:

  • Growth can be gentle.

  • Boundaries are healing.

  • Your story makes sense.

  • And you don’t have to be the strong one all the time.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, direct, a little humorous, and deeply invested in your growth — you’re in the right place.

I’m really glad you’re here.

Meet Rosie

Cassie's Emotional Support Animal

Ruff! Rosie here, I’m Cassie’s personal Emotional Support Animal. I sit in on sessions while Cassie does all the talking. I am a husky mix rescue. I love treats and belly rubs. I’m here to help by making session feel more comfortable for you. Feel free to pet me!

*While many clients find her calming and comforting, her presence is completely optional.

If you have allergies, fears, sensory concerns, cultural preferences, or simply would prefer not to have Rosie present during your session, please let me know. She can be removed from the therapy office at any time, and your comfort will always be the priority.

There is never any obligation to interact with Rosie, and choosing not to have her in session will not affect your care in any way.
